Q. Can I call you to check on my pet?

A. Whether you are away on vacation or book daily visits while you are
at work you can call anytime to check on your pet or have your
pet sitter run an errand before your pet's visit.

Q. What happens if my pet gets ill while I'm away?

A. We discuss that on your initial visit. Kimbur Pet Care has vet release
forms for your own veterinarian to fill out authorizing your pet sitter to
bring your pet to the veterinarian of your choice.

Q. Do you take care of pets with special needs?

A. Absolutely!! Pets with special needs are as important to us as
to you. We give all pets TLC!

Q. What happens if my pet sitter get sick?

A. Kimbur Pet Care employs competent pet sitters that are available for
emergencies. Each employee is pet CPR certified and has had
a thorough background check. And most important, LOVES animals!

Q. If I decide to stay longer on my vacation or have to work
overtime can I call at the last minute?

A. We do like to have as much advance notice as possible but do
understand situations arise that need last minute appointments.
You can depend on Kimbur Pet Care to continue to look after
your pets and home until you are able to be there.
